Vice President, Business Operations
As Vice President of Business Operations, Cristina Mossi oversees Devis' day-to-day operations, and is responsible for personnel and technical resource allocation for all software development projects. As part of her management responsibilities, Mossi designs and implements project management systems, develops strategic plans and related monitoring systems, and coordinates proposal and contracting teams. Using her considerable planning, monitoring, and implementation skills, Mossi also acts as Senior Manager for several federal government software development projects.
In 1995, Mossi joined Devis after a consulting career during which she worked on a variety of mission critical software development projects. She led the development of a business software system which managed critical financial transactions, as well as sophisticated inventory and accounts receivable systems. Mossi was also instrumental in the design, development and implementation of a unique application development platform used in the creation of a leading tax preparation software package.
Mossi also has extensive expertise in user training, database development, data conversion and management, and user interface design.
A native Spanish speaker, Mossi has contributed to a variety of international federal government projects in the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Central America.
Mossi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University, and is a frequent attendee of industry-leading professional conferences. Mossi is also a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
