Vacation and Leave Benefits

  • 10 Holidays, including two chosen by the employee
  • Vacations vary with position
  • 5 sick days per year
  • Staff are permitted two days of personal leave without affecting their vacation, holiday, or sick leave

Insurance and Health Benefits

  • Group medical insurance provided by Guardian. Staff medical premium contribution is set at 20% of the total premium for the staff member and 40% for the staff member's family members. The firm also reimburses deductible expenses at the same rates so your total cost is held to a minimum employee contribution.

  • Devis currently utilizes a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plan run through T. Rowe Price. For full-time staff, the contribution amount is currently set at the maximum allowable employer contribution of 15% of your paid salary
