Insurance and Health Benefits
- Group medical insurance provided by Guardian. Staff medical premium contribution is set at 20% of the total premium for the staff member and 40% for the staff member's family members. The firm also reimburses deductible expenses at the same rates so your total cost is held to a minimum employee contribution.
