GSA Conferences Participation – April 2007

Devis continues to invest in and support the mission of the General Services Administration (GSA) by participating in three spring 2007 conferences:

• IRMCO April 29 – May 1:
  The purpose of the GSA lead IRMCO, now in its 46th year, is to "connect managers from finance, acquisition, human capital and IT in an interactive dialogue that will help them manage their programs more efficiently and effectively." Devis first presented at IRMCO in 2002 to provide an overview of the emerging trends in open source software. Devis has participated ever since as an exhibitor. IRMCO is being held in Williamsburg, VA this year.
• GSA EXPO May 15 – 17:
  The EXPO is the annual GSA Training Conference and Trade Show Exposition designed for all levels of federal, state and local government employees and military members who make or influence procurement decisions. Devis will be highlighting several award winning applications including the GSA Acquisition Planning Wizard (APW). An APW training session is being delivered at the EXPO by GSA staff. The EXPO takes place in Orlando, Florida.
• Federal Acquisition Conference and Exposition June 19-20:
  The FACE conference, held at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, is designed to provide acquisition professionals with best practices and lessons learned. Managed by the Federal Acquisition Institute, FACE provides a forum for the sharing of new ideas on how to make the Federal procurement system more effective. Devis is a Gold Sponsor for this important event.
