On August 28, 2002, President Bush issued an Executive Memorandum charging Federal agencies to work together to develop a comprehensive Federal web site that serves people with disabilities – all in only 60 days. To meet this strict deadline, the Department of Labor enlisted Devis to support the effort.
The resulting site, DisabilityInfo.gov, designed, developed and hosted by Devis, is the government's central portal for all federal information for Americans with disabilities.
The government's press release notes "DisabilityInfo.gov is the result of a collaborative effort across multiple federal agencies. Containing information on civil rights, education, employment, housing, health care, technology and transportation, among other subjects, the site is designed to be a one-stop source of government information relevant to people with disabilities, their families, employers, and service providers."
