Devis was featured in the May 23-29, 2003 issue of Washington Business Journal in an article entitled "Open Source Software Opens Doors for Arlington Firm." The article reports on Devis' successful projects developing open source solutions for a variety Federal Government clients. Quoting government sources, the article explains the benefits of open source based solutions for government projects.
Richard DiCiurcio, a computer specialist at the US Agency for International Development (USAID) who hired Devis to create a secure system to track visa applicationa after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, is quoted saying "It was a no-brainer for us to go with them (Devis)." He continues "We basically have outsourced this entire process to them."
