Devis participated in the 2004 e-Gov Institute's eLearning conference and exhibition in Tysons Corner, VA, promoting EZ Reusable Objects (EZRO) and its innovative approach to "usable accessibility" and "just-in-time" content delivery. EZRO is an open source web site creation and content management system that can deliver information as structured elearning. EZRO usage by Federal agencies has produced documented savings of $25,000 per course hour. Importantly EZRO design allows complete separation of content from style and directly supports Section 508/acessibility compliance. Andy Affleck, Devis accessibility expert said, "Making content accessible with EZRO is easy. You would have to intentionally work around the system to produce non-508 compliant content."
EZRO provides just-in-time publishing for any kind of content including web portals, innovative coaching sites and eLearning sites. Devis provides full-service support for EZRO including site hosting and management, technology transfer for clients who wish to run the environment in-house, and customization for all types of EZRO sites.
