Devis has been awarded two Silver Medals in the Sixth Annual 2004 AXIEM AWARDS. The AXIEM AWARDS is an International competition that recognizes Absolute eXcellence In Electronic Media.

The medals were presented to Devis for the Cable Basics Course (see a demo), an online course designed by Devis for the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance within USAID. The two awards are for the work in the Government sector and for Interface Design.

Devis President, Peter Gallagher, said, "We are pleased to share these awards with our USAID/OFDA client as well as our contracting partners at International Resources Group, Ltd. and MacFadden and Associates."

The Cable Basics Course was designed and developed by Devis using its EZ Reusable Objects (EZRO) content management system. Content for the course was developed by International Resources Group, Ltd.

Each entry is judged solely on its own merits against an absolute standard of excellence created for each medium, market, and category… not one another.
