In April 2004, the US Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded Devis the Administrator's Award for Excellence. This award recognized Devis' "outstanding contribution and service to the nation by a small business in satisfying the needs of the Federal procurement system."
Devis was nominated by SRA as a result of work performed as a subcontractor on the US General Services Administration's ACMIS project.
In addition to playing a leading role developing the system software, Devis continues to furnish hardware, data management, security, and hosting services.
