Devis developed the Base Realignment and Closure OnLine Coach for the Department of Labor to facilitate access to information that will help workers displaced by the closures. The BRAC Coach was launched earlier this year and is a good example of how the latest technology can be used to simplify the complexity of the Web. At the 2005 Web Content Managers Best Practice Peer Award the BRAC Coach was a Finalist in the Services for Specific Audiences category.

The OnLine Coach runs on the Workforce Connections/EZRO Web content management software developed by Devis. EZRO is open source, zero licensing cost, software that has been re-used on hundreds of Web sites for the Government.
