Devis is uniquely qualified to meet the needs of the USAID having demonstrated both technical IT expertise and knowledge of the agency's priority goals, including those in the area of human capacity development and information sharing. Devis has over a decade of experience implementing USAID business processes by providing the user community with the right mix of tools, training and support.
Devis has worked in all regions for USAID where they have had direct contact with both Mission management, from the Director's office to Team Leaders to Program staff, as well as the full array of implementing partners, from host government agencies to NGOs/PVOs to private sector contractors. Devis has successfully completed substantial systems development efforts, internet applications and Web sites, data migration services as well as provided technical assistance to almost every USAID Mission in the world.
In addition to technical USAID projects, Devis has led large group training sessions in how to manage training related information for Mission's implementing partners around the globe and training in the USAID's acquisition and assistance business process.
