Development InfoStructure Inc. (Devis) was founded in 1992 with a mission of providing affordable, appropriate information technology services to underserved international development sector markets. As our mission expanded in the late 1990s to encompass the Federal Government's domestic goals, we continued to bring innovative, cost-effective solutions to all our clients. In 1995 Cristina Mossi joined Devis, bringing additional, industry focused, skills and experience to the organization. In 2008, Ms. Mossi became majority owner and Devis CEO. In the few years since, Devis has experienced extraordinary growth, seeing its annual revenue increase by more than 185%. Together, the Devis executive team has established an organization that supports a wide variety of clients using the tenets of successful team building at all levels throughout the company.
