Vacation and Leave Benefits

  • 10 paid Holidays
  • 10 paid vacation days (Additional 5 days vacation granted after providing extended service to Devis)
  • 5 paid sick days per year
  • 2 paid personal days of leave without affecting vacation, holiday, or sick leave

Insurance and Health Benefits

  • Group medical insurance - PHCS Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) provided by Guardian Life.
  • Group dental insurance - Dental Guard Preferred PPO provided by Guardian Life.
  • Currently staff members contribute 20% of the total Medical and Dental premiums for themselves and 40% for their family members. Devis pays the remainder of the premiums. Devis also reimburses deductible expenses at the same rates so your total cost is held to a minimum.
  • Business Travel Insurance provided

Income Protection

  • Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage through Prudential valued at your base salary up to $200,000. Premium paid 100% by Devis. Coverage effective your 1st day of employment.
  • Group Short-term and Long-term disability through Prudential. Premium paid 100% by Devis. Coverage effective your 91st day of employment.
  • Flexible Spending account plan (FSA) for Medical & Dependent care expenses

Transportation

  • Monthly allowance for on-site parking and mass transit up to $120 a month.

Retirement Benefits

  • Devis currently offers a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plan administered through T. Rowe Price. Full-time staff, currently receive the maximum allowable employer contribution amount of 15% of your paid salary. Staff decide where to invest the additional money while taking advantage of self-managing their accounts once contributions are deposited into your individual investment account. Staff can select from over 70 T.Rowe Price no-load mutual funds.

Professional Development

  • Devis believes in encouraging staff to seek out opportunities that will grow the individual and benefit the firm. Therefore, each full-time staff is granted $2,500 yearly allowance for job-related training and professional growth.

Wellness Benefits

  • Staff can sign up for our special corporate discounted Yoga membership at *Sun and Moon Yoga Studio* in Arlington, VA, or
  • Choose to be reimbursed up to $500 a year for a qualifying health activity.

  • Staff paid bi-monthly on 15th and last day of month for work completed 2 weeks in arrears
