About Joshua

As Chief of Staff and Director of Organizational Performance, Josh oversees the Devis Process Improvement Team. He designed and implemented the Devis Quality Management System, which Devis utilizes to evaluate the performance of our projects and Service areas. He is also responsible for mapping Agile software methodology to external compliance standards (ISO 9001: 2015 and CMMI) so as to ensure operations align with industry standard practices.

Josh specializes in training design and development, and has stood up multiple learning programs both internally and externally. He is passionate about integrating learning programs with change management and looking at how training can catalyze organizational improvements. He applies his experience in television production to improve how training is designed and delivered to learners.

Josh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over ten years of experience in the government, non-profit, and media sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Northeastern University and a Master’s of Science in Public Policy from the George Mason School of Public Policy.
