AI Assisted Procurement Tools

Devis’s AI Assisted Procurement Tools (AIAPT) platform is a working internal prototype that demonstrates a fully functional contract writing system aligned with NGA’s Next Generation Contract Writing System (NG-CWS) requirements. This platform has been developed leveraging Devis’s extensive prior experience in federal procurement systems, providing substantial prior art and technical readiness.

AIAPT is not an off-the-shelf final product, but rather a robust base solution that can be rapidly configured and customized to meet NGA’s specific needs and workflows. It streamlines the entire acquisition lifecycle from initial requirements definition through award and contract closeout, all within a secure, modern web-based environment. Key features include automated document generation, integrated cost estimation and price analysis tools, and built-in artificial intelligence (AI) components that assist users and reduce manual workload.
