Council For International Development Companies (CIDC) Newsletter highlights Devis' work on Multifactor Authentication
Arlington, VA (March 25, 2016).
Devis' work to bring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) security to USAID’s Partners using mobile App Technology is featured in the From the Field section of the March CIDC Now, International Development Newsletter distributed to the members of the Professional Services Council (PSC). The article highlights the need to use cybersecurity tools, such as MFA, on USAID's sensitive systems to ensure secure authentication of users outside USAID's Firewall, with a primary focus on how we implemented multifactor authentication on Development Credit Authority's Credit Management system using a mobile app. This approach is appropriate where additional levels of security for systems where access to a PIV or CAC card is impractical or unnecessary. The full text of the article, written by Devis CEO, Cristina Mossi, is available on the PSC website.
