Arlington, VA. (September, 2012) Justin Stockton, a User Experience and Accessibility Expert at Devis, was featured as a panelist during the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (5CSP CRPD) in September. Stockton has served countless vital roles at Devis in building bridges to information, especially for persons with disabilities. His appointment to the panel came as a result of Devis’ recent triumph in the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Accessibility Challenge. Stockton, joined by seven other industry experts, led discussions on both high and low-tech solutions; the overall effectiveness of organizational and individual storytelling; and the large scale and small scale opportunities for communication available via social media. The audience encompassed a variety of social media knowledge, from avid users to beginners.
